Keep Going.
This is the demo to put in front of a brand agency. Not a montage of product angles — a film with a beginning, middle and end: one athlete, one shoe, one human truth (the moment you want to quit), built into an 82-second hero, a purpose-built 30-second broadcast cut, and social in four languages. Product locked, consistency evaluated, sound-designed, endings resolved. Then the three numbers a room always asks for: how fast, how much, how adaptive.

The hero film — 82 seconds
story-driven · athletic-kinetic · licensed score · original VO
Hook empty road, before dawn→Tension the body wants to stop→Turn the shoe answers — one more step→Payoff she keeps going→Stamp KEEP GOING.
The product never opens the film — the feeling does. The shoe enters as the answer to the struggle, not as the subject of shot one. That single discipline is what separates a commercial people remember from a reel of features.
Why it reads as directed, not generated
the five things the skill locks before a single frame renders
01 · Story
One human truth
A feeling everyone knows, built into a Hook→Turn→Payoff arc with one original, ownable line.
02 · Aesthetic
One locked lane
Athletic-kinetic: sweat-lit contrast, long-lens compression, speed ramps, a teal-orange grade — held across every shot.
03 · Consistency
Locked + gated
One shoe, one athlete — placed into every beat with edit-not-regenerate, then grid-verified before any video.
04 · Sound
Cast by emotion
A grounded, driving VO and a licensed score that builds to the turn and resolves — never a hard cut.
05 · Length
A purpose-built set
A 60–90s hero, a re-cut (not trimmed) 30s, and hook-first social in 9:16 — each sized so the voice finishes.
Consistency, evaluated
the locked shoe + athlete vs every placement
The shoe's silhouette, the volt knit, the sole geometry — and the athlete's face and kit — are held identical across all fourteen story beats. We render this grid and look at it before animating; drifters get fixed at the cheap image stage, never the expensive video one.
The broadcast cut — 30 seconds
16:9 · re-cut for the format, not trimmed from the hero
:30 — the spot
Keep Going.
The 30 isn't the 82 with the middle deleted — it's its own edit: faster in, the turn earlier, the line held. A trimmed 60 always loses; a built 30 lands.
Social, in four languages
9:16 · English · Spanish · Japanese · Chinese
One hook-first cut, voiced for four markets — each sized so voice and music fully resolve into the brand card. Localization is one VO pass per language; the picture never re-renders.

ES — ESPAÑOL

The three numbers for the room
speed · cost · adaptiveness — the questions every agency asks
~90 min
Speed
From a one-line brief to the full delivered set — hero, broadcast cut, four social cuts, consistency proof. A traditional shoot is weeks before a single frame is graded.
≈ $13
Cost
Itemized compute, standard tier. Two-thirds of it is the 82-second licensed score. Drop to a looped 30s bed and the whole set lands near $5.
1 brief
Adaptiveness
The pipeline never changed — only the product photo, the palette, the lane, and the words. The same skill made a Tiffany film, a PLAUD film, and a family-frame film.

The 82-second licensed score ($8.61) is the single biggest line. Swap a looped 30s bed and the whole set drops to about $5; add a premium Ray 3.2 HDR hero beat and it rises ~$10–15. kontext-edit, seedance, and gemini-tts USD aren't on the public rate card yet, so those lines are estimated from provider list prices; the music line is the published per-second rate. "Super Bowl grade" here means the creative bar — not the $10–14M media buy.
The same pipeline — any brand
design story + lane + length (director skill)→lock product + athlete→place into beats (kontext-edit)→CONSISTENCY GATE→animate (seedance / kling)→grade + legible overlay→licensed score + multi-lang VO→resolve + cut down + deliver
A running shoe today. A jewel, a recorder, a photo frame before it. Swap the brief, the product photo, the brand kit, and the style lane — luxury-intimate, tech-minimal-wonder, warm-human — and the same skill + playbook produces the next brand's film. That's the pitch: not one ad, a repeatable studio.
