The three Tiffany ads —
built better.

A reference campaign claimed jewelry is the hardest category for AI because the product drifts shot to shot. So we took the hardest brand and the same brief — and shipped the three ads that matter, with the product locked and evaluated, every brand word legible, and a price tag that holds: ~$24 per brand, repeatable for any SKU.

Ad 2 · The Money-Shot product film

16:9 · the format the reference led with · the same key in six worlds

Studio → macro → 3D turn → on-model → boutique → the blue box. One locked key across all six. The wordmark, the material line, and the CTA are a deterministic graphics layer — pixel-perfect and correct, never AI-generated. That is exactly the thing raw AI-video tools admit they get wrong.

Consistency, evaluated — not hoped for

the locked asset vs every placement · the jewelry problem, solved

We start from the actual product photo as the locked reference, then place that exact key into each world with edit-not-regenerate — never re-rolled. Before a single frame of video, we render this grid and verify the key is identical to the real piece: the same openwork round bow, the same radiating diamond spokes around a central cushion-cut yellow diamond, the same fine pavé outer ring, and the same slender diamond-set shaft with its key teeth — at its true delicate 2″ scale when worn. It matches.

The locked Tiffany key compared against six placements — identical across all

This entire set is a parameterized pipeline. Point it at a new product photo and brand kit, and it runs the same loop — lock, place, evaluate consistency, animate, overlay legible text, score, resolve, deliver — with per-asset spend caps and a cost report.
