Any clip → any set
Shoot a presenter at a messy desk. Drop them onto a broadcast set, a brand backdrop, a city skyline at golden hour. No green screen. No studio. Just a clean matte and any backdrop you can dream up.

One clip, three sets
The same 5-second clip — matted once, composited onto each set, cut together. She never moved.
Before / after
Left: where it was actually shot — a cluttered home office. Right: the same take, dropped onto a broadcast set. Hair edges clean, desk props kept.
One matte → unlimited sets. Each new backdrop is one image + one ffmpeg pass.
⚠ What to watch
The default output bakes the background black (opaque) — you must pass 'Transparent' to get a keyable alpha matte.
Bria keeps connected foreground props (the desk + mug stayed) — a plus here, but frame the source so nothing unwanted touches the subject.
Match the lighting — a set whose key-light direction/temperature disagrees with the talent reads as fake. We matched golden-hour rim light to the skyline.
